Why Yoga?
Many of us have found Yoga through asana (postures), yet Yoga offers rich, ancient tools with modern applications to help us realize our truest self. Through a sequence of movement and breath you can slowly begin to remember yourself. Physical postures create ease in your body, so that you can begin to experience the mental, emotional and spiritual benefits a practice can provide. Yoga can help manage chronic pain, improve sleep, boost your mood and increase your energy.
Why Pilates?
Perhaps you have noticed changes in your strength or balance. Mat Pilates tones, builds muscle and core strength with movement paired with breath. It is an excellent whole body fitness experience for all ages, improving your posture and coordination as well as creating a positive sense of well being.

The more you practice the lower the cost per class.
All class memberships have a six-month expiration date and cannot be shared or transferred.
Memberships are priced at a discount to support a regular practice and therefore bring the greatest benefit to the student. Completing the membership in the allotted six months is the responsibility of the student.
*Note: we offer special membership prices for full-time students, seniors (65 and older) and military.
*We accept cash, check and Zelle payments. There is a $25 returned check fee.
