Welcome to Half Moon Yoga Studio, where we are dedicated to providing a serene environment for individuals to practice Yoga and Pilates and enhance their well-being.
Our studio is a space for you to connect with your mind, body, and spirit. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced yogi, our classes are designed to cater to all levels. We offer a variety of Yoga styles including Hatha, Vinyasa, and Restorative Yoga, providing you with options to grow your practice. Our Pilates classes are also for all levels!
We believe in the power of community and aim to create a supportive and inclusive space for everyone. Our experienced teacher, Julie Cramer, is passionate about guiding you on your Yoga journey and helping you discover the countless benefits of this ancient practice.

ABOUT JULIE
Athletics was always an integral part of Julie’s life. After recovering from serious serious spinal surgeries in her 30s and 50s, she sought a new way to challenge her body and find balance in her life. She found Bikram Yoga and that experience opened the door to a whole new way of living and growing. The physical benefits spoke to her; it was the mental clarity and spiritual benefits that were unexpected and amazing. She opened Half Moon Yoga Studio in 2012 in the community she grew up in and loves so that she can share all the goodness that comes from a regular Yoga practice. Julie has experienced and believes in the therapeutic benefits of Yoga and Pilates and hopes that Half Moon students deepen their relationship with themselves and grow to trust their ability to heal themselves.
Julie has studied Viniyoga with Gary Kraftsow, Restorative Yoga with Judith Lassater, the Bishnu Ghosh lineage with Tony Sanchez and Yin Yoga with Bernie Clark.
Besides her love of teaching, she enjoys training and showing her dogs, collecting antiques, tending her garden and 1790 farmhouse, and spending time with her family and friends.

All of our classes are an opportunity to improve your overall health in a supportive community with a dedicated, experienced and enthusiastic teacher. Perhaps a private Yoga session would be the place for you to start.

Our Studio
Half Moon Yoga Studio is a private and welcoming space to practice Yoga and Pilates, situated in the woods on the historic Foltzhouse property in Elizabethtown, PA. The original fieldstone farmhouse was built in 1790.
Beginners and more experienced practitioners are invited to join us. All classes are thoughtfully led and carefully sequenced.
In every Yoga class we practice asanas (postures); classes may also be integrated with pranayama (breath work), meditation, chanting and mantra. The focus of a practice may be addressing one area of your body, yet you will leave feeling more whole and balanced, taller and definitely invigorated.
In our Pilates classes we focus on strengthening our core, as well as our upper and lower body, using integrated breath work and a variety of props.
Since 2012, we are grateful to celebrate with our community more than a decade of providing quality Yoga and Pilates classes and complimentary events to enrich our students lives.
