Monday Morning Yoga & Meditation

About

Let’s ease into the week with a practice that meets us where we are. Each practice will be modified for you, addressing parts of your body that may have been overused or underused after the weekend. We will also prepare our body to sit comfortably for meditation. Upon completing an asana practice with breath work (pranayama) and shavasana, we will sit for a guided meditation and end with a sankalpa (positive intention) for our week. A good option for beginners or those returning to practice after a break. Level: All Duration: 60 minutes Time: Mondays 10:30 am
