Healthy Back Practice

About

Back pain is an unfortunate reality for many of us. In this practice we target keeping your back healthy & learning which movement is strengthening and healing for you. From neck to tailbone we develop your relationship with your spine while we address imbalances, improve back strength and release tension. If you are having an acute back episode, please consult your doctor before attending. Level: All levels invited. Great for beginners. Duration: 60 minutes Schedule: Mondays 6:00 pm
