This complete and sometimes playful practice includes an integration of asana, pranayama and chanting to balance your sympathetic nervous system. Each practice includes physical postures, strengthening, stretching, balancing and shavasana. These ancient techniques repeated with consistency over time become an important way to address our full and often stressful lives so that you leave feeling nourished and more centered.
