This series includes physically challenging postures, inviting you to get stronger and build your endurance. Practiced in a hot room you will detoxify your body, enhance your flexibility and deepen your breath awareness. This is an excellent choice to compliment athletic endeavors and fitness regimens. One of the greatest benefits of this practice is feeling your entire body is better integrated and your mind is calmer; a transformative experience each time.
