Monday Morning Yoga & Meditation

About

Let’s ease into the week with a practice that meets us where we are. Each practice will be modified for you, addressing parts of your body that may have been overused or underused after the weekend. Upon completing asana practice and shavasana, we will sit for a guided meditation and end with a sankalpa (positive intention) for our week. Level: All Duration: 60 minutes Time: Mondays 10:30 am
